I don't think an IPO was delayed strictly due to COVID and that's why I queried the companies "value". Look at the Rulings for a clearer understanding as to the probable delay - Profits/Asset Test = GP at least $1M, Valuation net $4M, Working Capital (free) $1.5M. Add to that a Cap post IPO of $15M min basis min issue price of $0.20.
This swings back to previous posts where you queried sales v cost of sales v profit etc. etc.
No way this battery recycling bubba is ready to be cut free from Valium sucking mumma to stand alone basis actuals as opposed to fantasy and the hollywood blockbuster being touted.
