The first couple of paragraphs is marketing fluff, that's for sure. The response once trading halt lifted says it all.... nothing to see here, move along.
There is highlighting of council concerns, and LIT (and Envirostream) acting to work towards a suitable outcome for both council/EPA and company. It's as much positive as it is negative. At least the company has "stated" it is working towards full compliance as required by different stakeholders (council & EPA). Much of the discussion I've had relating to LIT in recent times, even before the trading halt was announced, is covered in this announcement, and I'm content with the response (for now).
Next step required: confirmation that EPA permit granted, council permit to operate at current sites.
