Its comical. All they do is hand-sort the batteries, shred, then burn, produce a dust and ship to Korea. They want to paint themselves as some company with an amazing patented process, yet this is the core of the process. Hand-sort, shred, burn.

What about the CO2 emissions? No mention of it anywhere and certainly no comparison of CO2 emissions vs other players that don't burn the batteries. Heck, CO2 emissions is low on the priority list for this company. Just check the annual report.

Hand-sorting those batteries is prone to human error. Other players have automated sorters. How do you "scale up" when you are relying on hand-sorting? The only way to scale up is to hire more staff to hand-sort. This will only lead to more human error. What happens when those Ni-Cd batteries get added in with the Alkerlines or LIBs? What happens when that cadmium is added to the fertilizer?
