OK - managed to get an answer out of them. The trick seems to be - you need to submit your question through the webinterface and afterwards give them a phone call to follow up the investor inquiry.
Anyway - @trobe211 was right. They reported in August 2020 an ARR of $43m, and in the last quarterly an ARR of 42.5m. They say both numbers have been correct - and the reason for the drop despite some increases is that they lost some revenue through temporary discounting as well as due to the deterioration of the USD vs the AUD. The gains throughout the year basically just compensated for discounting and currency exchange losses and their ARR basically flat-lined.
Ah well - I guess at least there is some hope that the impact of the discounting will stop looking in the future - not quite sure about the future development of the AUD/USD ratio.
