presumably it’s reflecting their long term relationships with airports who have seen their revenues plummet and also the usage of the service also reduce significantly.
while they may well have been able to keep prices steady, I think longer term the relationships are more important.
not sure when the esg brigade catches onto EVS, but I still think on a balance of probabilities, it happens... predicting the timing is the tough bit.
