My perspective is SP manipulation currently
to keep the SP down to deter retails from
picking up cheap shares. Retails thinking about
the CR won’t buy on market and will save their dosh
for the CR so easy for Instos to keep the price low to
deter as many retails from participating hence the
beginning of the transfer of wealth from retails to
Instos. Then Instos will hoover up all of the left
over retail entitlements just as the company expects
to begin the transformation to positive earnings growth.
Should that happen in a little over a month’s time when
the company reports it’s fourth quarter sales we should
expect to see some sort of SP re-rating and a more optimistic
outlook on the company’s prospects. It’s all doom and gloom
at the moment but things can turn around very quickly for a
company like this with such a low SP. As Jason Cooper said,
this company is in it’s infancy in it’s current form and now looking
to grow rapidly. A classic case of buying in the gloom I expect.
Once Instos load up perhaps brokers will then start talking up the
company and setting price targets putting a buy on it and saying it’s
under valued, drawing retails in and getting some positive SP momentum
upwards. Might take a little time but potential is enormous if they are getting
their product to market efficiently, especially given its low debt.
And who doesn’t/isn’t going to want to invest in a profitable company
that looks after the environment? Socially responsible investing can be
profitable and superannuation companies are looking for a safe place to
invest their funds long term I believe. GLTAH
