IMHO, Ideal plan for EVS would have been to provide the quarterly update + new contracts in the first week of Oct.... However, with ZZ's resignation from PET and the negative impact on EVS SP, they decided to move quickly to provide the quarterly update on the first day of the month! I assume the new contracts were not locked in then thereby needing another update today...
