My guess, revenue last quarter was pretty ordinary compared to Q1. This is due to lower renewals, rather than a lack of new sales, which I assume is all due to timing (you can't change when customers come up for renewal). From that perspective the more important figure IMO is churn, ie. of renewals available how many did we get vs lose. So they don't want the headline figure to distract from the detail, so they just go straight into the detail.
