CEO leaving is often a reason for share prices to decline, new management always cleans the ship and brings any skeletons in the closet out to clean the slate and window-dress things so they can take over from a lower starting point.
Having said that, I think management with more of a sales-focus is important here.
Rising rates will continue the tech wreck thematic, don't be surprised to see 10c-12c here.
