@minstrels99 Don't quote me but I think they have 2 days to notify of a substantial holder change (when a holder gains 5% or more).
We also had another 6mil shares move in a single transaction at 1605 SP XT for 14.5c
Any one else know what the SP implies, I googled it and is either a "special sale" or "special crossing", but am unsure what it means for that purchase.
Either way I think its good to see large transactions being done in single transactions, rather than substantial holders offloading in drips and drabs to us "last to know retailers".
