I don't agree, I think we'll bounce off 11.5c againand slowly drift upwards till a break on big news.
If we move through 11.5c then we go to 11.0c... However if we break 11.0c then all hell could break lose - But buyers have stepped up (including myself, and will continue to) every time we've got back to 11.5c. I don't see it going any lower.
