So more of the benefits of this investment are realised in FY25 and presumably with these large contracts and scale FY24 will have positive elements too.

Gross margin in FY20 = 59%
Gross margin in FY23 = 64%
Gross margin has grown in every year. This is in spite of the acquisiton of CQ Energy a lower margin business

No guidance provided depsite large number of new contracts already won.
Last year guidance provided despite the uncertainty of no big project wins.
Guidance was also provided in earlier years.

Wording seems slightly different to fully recommending the proposal.
"The Board believe it is in the best interests of the shareholders that they get the
opportunity to vote on the proposal." This is a very different statement to saying they whole heartedly recommend we approve it.
