I'm not super familiar with how these usually go down, but perhaps exclusivity expiring isn't a notifiable event. Opens up to other offers, could mean a lot of things good and bad that STG haven't taken the opportunity to increase offer, or didn't think what they found in due diligence made it worth trying to lock up a deal. Not sure when we might expect the next update about the offer.
