I wonder if they looked at purchasing the train wreck that is SAS which has permits in place for microwave bandwidth & sat launch, although at lower altitude.
SAS has not ended a happy story, up against mega $$ multi-nationals, Space-X, Amazon etc. Hopefully EOS has the R&D & expertise to do MUCH better job.
IMO nano sat communication is THE big growth story of this decade, if EOS can make a success of it, couple with all their other tech, wow.
