Not an ASX offshoot/listed co. Ben mentioned US Capital markets. My guess is it will be a Nasdaq listed Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) which will own 35% of Spacelink. EOS will be left with a minimum of between 51% or 65%. So Spacelink will be fully controlled by EOS
and further financed by SPAC investors. This Nasdaq listing will also value the remaining ownership of Spacelink by EOS.
