A desperately shocking move. EM Solutions is a cash cow with fantastic ROIC. It mattered not if EOS paid out the debt early or not. The repayment remains the same. This deal is saying that EOS have no material contracts on the horizon and in 11 months time they'd have to turn out the lights. By the time they pay their debt and continue to bleed $80-$90 million in admin and salaries, they'll be back to capital raises.
And their presentation STILL goes on about geo tailwinds. What a farcical company. If there's inside knowledge about this deal, then why would they be selling out if it was such a good deal.
I would invest in EM Solutions in a heartbeat. Space is useless and all you have now is a manufacturer of RWS and Lasers. As if there's not enough competition already?
