Just because EOS has sold 'the only profitable part of the business' is not necessarily a negative. It all comes down to price. Everything has a price, even a profitable business. I believe they found a price that was too compelling to refuse. They also believe EM solutions was not aligned with their future direction. This is subjective but a sale is consistent with this vision. I do agree with your runway statement. What EOS does with the money is anyone's guess.
