So the best thing they can do is sell the only profitable, well run part of the business for a one time profit? If only they floated it, I'd buy EMS and sell EOS to fund my purchase. What a shame, EOS now concentrating on long pipeline (may never eventuate) sales for RWS in what is now cluttered marketplace.
