No logic whatsoever. How can contracts be priced in when the negotiations is pending. In any business dealings you got to have pen to paper. "Don't count your chickens before they are hatched?" Anyone can suddenly changed their minds since no deal is yet confirmed during negotiations. Or the negotiations could be delayed for years etc. The tree did bear 92M worth of fruits today.
