I'm not sure what people are disagreeing with you for. It was definitely significantly priced in (but not fully obviously). This thing was headed back to the high 3's a few weeks before the contract negotiation news, and is now safely in the 5's. People here seem to expect 100% increases each contract. It's not moved at all, which is slightly odd since you'd have expected maybe 4-5%, but that gets to the second point.
Market's are irrational. None of you questioned the stupid 10%+ rise on the only 4 million NATO contract, (which would even in the most optimistic scenario yield a maximum 1 mil EBIT). Not every announcement will have the same price action.
