Smacks of absolute corporate incompetence to me. How do you not agree in writing a borrowing covenant amendment fee with a Lender prior to doing anything. Secondly, $4.5m fee for EOS putting in a security deposit with a customer unless there is a material impact on the risk attached to the loan from reduced cash? Doesnt sound right.
Sound like this company goes from crisis to crisis.
