In contract law, I assumed that the main subjects has been reached by Cth and EOS. These subjects would include time and the amount of the investment. If the amount of spending is your main concern, you can tick that off the box because the company EOS wouldn’t release such agreement if the main subjects haven’t been finalised, it would be very detrimental when it goes other way (i.e. in commercial practice). However, my main concern is into the future.
