Correct, but I think you will find they are funded for the $170 mill contract, given the forward cash they received. $14 mill
If they pick up the additional $330 mll worth of contracts, that would make them a stock with back orders of $500 million, and "space" that is fully funded and due to come on stream in the next few yrs.
Currently they are a $191 mill cap company, with cash of say $15 mill plus the $14 mill they received in forward orders.
If they win the additional contracts , that would be some business on valuation grounds alone, and most instos would likely take any additional raise in a second.
