Another announcement full of spin and no substance - perfect for the rampers! How could you possibly place a reasonable estimate of 'value' on that announcement? They literally have not announced even a dollar of incremental, contracted revenue - just the opportunity to commence discussions based on a new product.
I actually really like this company, and believe in the longer term prospects given strong defence and national capability tailwinds, though consistently playing to the ramp crowd frustrates me.
