On the first page, last sentence - EOS mention their continuous disclosure obligations.

If you read the announcement word-for-word, the announcement doesn't actually tell you anything and once again seems to pose more questions than answers. So much for continuous disclosure.

Speaking of which, when will EOS provide and disclose to their shareholders further information with regards to the conditional Ukrainian contracts x 2 that were announced at the commencement of April 2023? These contracts were supposed to be signed, sealed and delivered by July/August 2023 as stated by the CEO & MD himself.

So in the name of continuous disclosure, can EOS please provide an update as to the status and progression of these unconditional contracts. It's as simple as releasing an announcement that states one of three things;

1. There's been a delay in converting the unconditional contracts to material contracts due to...(insert blah...blah...blah here)
2. The unconditional contracts have been put on hold until further notice but the company envisages that the contracts will materialise but cannot guarantee any timeframes and withdraw previous guidance given related to these contracts
3. The unconditional contracts have not and will not materialise into the conditional contracts

Regardless of anyone's opinions on my comments, I think that it's only fair to EOS shareholders that the CFO and CEO/MD actually provide real disclosure to their investors instead of releasing convoluted statements where the content is akin to mumbo jumbo.
