* Delivery of the contract from OHB. Is this typically considered met when the 4 MEO satellites are completed or after launch? Curious to know how much of a buffer there really is between the bring-into-use deadline and the comms network finally becoming a reality.
Edit: found the answer for the first question: "this document constitutes the legal basis for the commencement of the project, which relates to the delivery of the satellites as well as services associated with their launch and operation."
* Most likely launch location? Europe, USA, or Australia?
* I seem to recall that early diagrams showed 3 MEO satellites. Now that it's confirmed Spacelink is going for 4. Is this for redundancy purposes? i.e one satellite is DoA (statistically happens with 1/10 satellites) or fails later over it's operational lifespan but the network can continue to operate.
