No companies release their 'strategic review' - Its disclosed for the purposes of inviting potential acquirers of the vehicle or assets* to come shopping. It's a white flag following years of disfunction and nothing more.
The only positive is board renewal and CEO gone. Years too late given pending administration.
*Unclear what the 'assets' are in this business relative to the ridiculous hyperbole presented by the company. Note definition of assets implies something that will derive a future benefit (i.e. cashflow / revenue)... something this Company has lacked for a while now.
