Maybe this is just the cynic in me, but could this whole dispute be a way for WHSP to manipulate the price? Sell some shares when it’s above $1, create a fake dispute and spook the market, buy back in and then drop the dispute. Or if still not happy with current share price, continue to threaten with legal action and drop case later. Anyway, it spooked me. I decided to lock in the small profit I had.
