1. It is normally pressured, in other words a pipe filled with water is in balance. We frac with water, certainly some dissolved gas can lighten the load, but dissolved salts will increase the density, perhaps 10%. 2. It is structured, in other words riddled with faults. Faults steal frac energy that could otherwise be used to break virgin rock. Not an issue in the first few wells, but the situation has condemned development in plays that looked viable.

3. There are already two wells on this pad, neither flowed naturally as a shale gas well should.

4. If we are drilling for micro-lng production, why are we drilling a 1,000m well? $40+ million for a shortie? The logic doesn't hold, if we are adding productive capacity, drill a real well. If we are working on the completion, why the hell are we experimenting on the pad with the greatest abject failure short of EEG's well rates...which I may add didn't need much help to get going.

5. There are millions of acres for an alternative location where pressure and structure are perferable. The shale will also be almost assuredly better developed and thicker. A random shot would have a better outcome.

I could continue with five more points but you get the idea.
