Yes, DLNG processing does most of the initial work and It is connected via a pipeline from DLNG, trucking would be very expensive at those volumes and the Helium plant is not designed to process the volumes of other entrained gases regardless
I would also suggest DLNG would not commit to processing truckloads of gas, it's not a backyard operation, they are developing the Barrosa field at $3.6 billion to deliver 3.7mtpa of LNG. Backing trucks in to unload to refine essentially what would be a waste product for them is an interesting thought.
So, that is why this statement was up for debate.
