my broker in the oil/gas space had touched based on behalf of a few clients looking to participate and consolidation is definitely not on their radar.
however the best way to find out would be to speak with either Patrick/Anna with any of your enquiries (2 min phone call or email).
Which you would think, they would be happy to talk/communicate with SH's presently to ensure take up of the rights issue.
