I’m curious (aka I don’t know) as to what constitutes someone being genuinely able to claim the rights of a traditional owner. Matt has made comment previously that he has been in constant positive communication with the traditional owners (plural) over the past few years. This document would suggest this gentleman is putting a case forward on behalf of himself rather than his community...
If this is merely self serving claim I’d expect the representatives of the community would be in a position to validate whether he has rights to speak on their behalf or has to simply accept his share of what they have already negotiated on behalf of the community over the past few years
