yes, but if the appeals process made it through EPA approval (and they are more likely to point to any perceived negatives with respect to mistreating land, and disrespect of indigenous land rights than the ones approving a mining lease) any potential native titling claims will get sorted easily enough IMHO.

Add in SBM finding a decent Gold deposit, and they will make it happen if they want it with their drill program (IMHO).

Im not diminishing the risk associated with native titling and wanting to disrespect that process, but from where I sit, this looks like its more formality than real risk.
