I don't know, but i'd doubt it just deletes our claim. Suspect VRX and Carnaby Slice and fry Inc will need to formalise some kind of access/share arrangement and present that to some regulator/authority.... otherwise its the government that gets sued for saying yes to multiple claims.

This may work in our favour, free power... or let us process the sand they removed for their infrastructure. But given the EPA said go chat with VRX suggests that we have some say in the outcome.
