    IMO if the EPA ever had any intention of knocking this project back then they would've rejected this ESD. Full steam ahead now, gltah.

    Just a coincidence I guess that the ESD is approved within a day of the federal government announcing silcon (made from high grade silica sand) is now a critical resource of national significance.
