    yes!!!! finally. hoping we can squeeze some time with the "well advanced draft" ERD. as i think has been implied.

    either massive win. ASC now goes in as derived. and financing activities can commence based on firm dates.

    not out of the woods yet, but we've just been handed a chainsaw!!!

    much relief...

    so to go for a million shares over the next 9 months? ....why not
