For me, the company should have started the approval process process about 1 year earlier , and had all the steps signed off well before B finished. B was extended by 5 months, which tended to cover-up a little. Earlier the cheaper, and reduces chance of interference, pity... nothing gets cheaper in this area. Hope the next area is already being lined up for processing.

Expect sp to improve markedly once approvals for Atlas are finally signed off. Even on anticipation sp is slowly heading up. Hoping for no extended delays or else sp may again retreat.
