Correct you are, @pavbar75 posted the info 16/08/16 23:06 whilst the company was on a TH. So what exactly are you/anyone going to do with that type of info? Sell your shares thinking it will plummet to 23c or less on the open? Being on a TH there is nothing an investor/shareholder could do until the TH was lifted. You would need to be a client/member of the brokerage houses involved in the raise to get a piece of it, he was just nice enough to share this with other posters given he was a client of TC. KNL has potential and that's what the firms see as well as making a quick buck or two, who doesn't want that? Aren't we all here for that reason? Each investor makes their own decisions and HC is simply a forum to discuss, vent, and collaborate; making an  investment decision on a post is ludicrous. We're all here for the same reason and why not share in the glory, don't you think?
