IMO, we've had lots of good news announcements in the past, and yet, I'm still 80% down. I bet I'm not alone.
I assume the market doesn't assume its full steam ahead, yet.
Need to see a financing deal inked, and looking at that most recent quarterly, there are also still quite a few reports and assessements to be completed.
Hopefully, this SML approval is motivation to get everything else done now, but I think the market is still being cautious.
