EGR doesn't need to partner with a leech like RNU. We are better sticking to the plan and accepting a strategic loan from the 3rd largest economy in the world.
Thissen-whatsit are still in the wings to take off-take. They probably want to take it all, but we need to leave some for a strategic partner whom will get a share of the company for providing the outstanding funding (over and above the US$ 110 Million loan from kfw).
The only thing RNU has is cash. I don't like the credential optics of their management team - smells like rotting milk.
