Hi What's, I am surprised when @Topo was looking at other projects possibilities that he didn't recommend to RNU that they should use their cash to buy EGR.
Anyway, other than cash RNU doesn't really have anything to offer EGR, it's cash and it's shareholders are it's two best assets in my opinion
It's resource is significantly smaller than EGR, even at the low cut off grade they used, it's predominantly small flake which is ok for BAM but low margin thus they need volume or downstream processing or both. They also generate a low grade stockpile that doesn't get processed for a long time so a fair bit of cash burn that won't be recovered until year 22 when they start processing it for the remaining 18 year "mine" life.
All in my humble opinion though.
