It's IMO these 15 centers that are being 'distributed'/ capping for a 33% + gain to finance their placement and upcoming oppie conversion. The 15 centers are why and how the sp can be driven to 17 cents again if 'they' choose.
Combine this with the SPP 'profit taking' AND it being Tax Loss Month and well there's your Sellers Market. Lot of retail holders who bought in the last year especially july/sept are in significant paper loss
at sp 20 cents. That's why I was hoping KNL would be in the 30's in June. Ease the Tax Loss selling element.

but oh no the sophisticated investors wanted to play that sentiment. Play the game of Grind the Trader, the Short Termer, Pull their Arbitrage trick of 30% even 5/10% is a viable score for a mover'n'shaker aka pump'n'dumper.

yes shumbi it's disappointing that the director incentive shares pricing is benefitting from such shenanigans in June and yes the Equity Raise for Capex and the "Loan Arrangement" clauses as 'dilutionary' are also in effect.
There is also the retail expectation of ASX graphiters of Market Cap/ TakeOver 'premium' of Producing Graphite Mines. Market Cap compared to Actual Producing Mines NOW ie Flinders and StratMin.

There MAY be a 'bubble' of expectation across the ASX sector on potential M Caps especially among the Super Pits but also Boutiques like KNL. Actual Cash on the Table for financing and delivered offtakes will clarify this.
