Financing has been the key driver for this stock and will continue to be so.
Also please bear in mind the original intention to size the mine to 40,000 tpa (and now 60,000 tpa) was to ensure capex was under US$100m so as not to need a SML/MDA and give free carry to the govt.
Now that the govt is taking free carry of 16%, the natural position is to look at a larger mine to compensate for that loss in value to the govt. That will be the next stage.
