I didn`t know that it takes so long till the ink dries. The fact is that EGR management always want to go the easy way and get the huge salaries for a minimum of work. So one day they hunt the mine, next day the purification plant, then license fee from patent and least but not last recycling. The problem is that they are too slow and catch the "ball". At the end they started everything and finishes nothing. That will continue till we get a better management.
Only thing they are good at is calculating their salaries and bonus! (Dire straits: Money for nothing and chicks for free)
