That's another point which could has been solved since 2017. Solution for RAP was an open issue last time EGR asked for a KfW credit. Cost estimation for the RAP was round about 10 million at that time and EGR was short in cash to tackle this issue. Meanwhile they har a CR of over 60 million of which half was spent on useless studies, pleasure trips and huge salaries.
Could have used 10-12 million for RAP instead and take personal action in Tansania instead of visiting conferences to promote a "world class resource" they can't get started. I hope that they are not too late with the RAP this time and lose KfW credit and government support for SML this time.
