"EV batteries this year, graphite in general next year." agree 100% only problem for EGR they have no recycling facility in2024 nor 2025 and also no graphite to sell until 2028 if ever
"Biden -> White House <- EGR named on their website" that's fine but Biden will not build the mine nor dig the graphite out of the ground. He will also build no purification plant.
