In parallel some of your overpaid stuff should also at their desks to complete RAP planning asap and get rest of paperwork done for Tanzanian government to get SML.
So no more pleasure trips, no more useless studies, no more trips for handshake photos and worthless MOUs, LOIs and non binding contracts.
The key is hard work for the enormous salary to justify every penny management gets.
