Same here, welti... the site simply won't upload any requests. It's the same scenario that occurred this time last year, funnily enough... just before our Framework Agreement with the Tanzania Govt was formalised.
Given that our Special Mining Licence application was last titled "Recommended", approval may be only a matter of weeks away.
