3c should be the support as it broke it after quite a long time. It may go down also will be a good buying opportunity. I have been in too many spec stocks to know that charts do not mean much. I have seen rise of FBR, SAS, ABU, LRS, 88E (and some falls as well) and have seen how panic strikes when good stocks come down like today. I had taken same advice like you are giving now and lost 100K opportunity losses in most of the stocks above in exchange of some 5-10K profits.
On Technical sides, what I know is that a price hike on very high volume and retrace on a very low volume is a strong buy signal. It means there are a lot of holders happy to hold and don't want to give away their stocks for free. If today's volume was in line with yesterday's with retrace, that would have been a strong sell signal instead.
On FA side, yesterday's ann. has de-risked the stock for me. I am happy to hold long term rather than earning 5-10K profit again and regret in coming months.
All IMO and DYOR. Fee free to disagree.
