They won't need to raise for at least 3 quarters and with the commercialisation agreements due in 1 quarter you would they will hold off any raising til after that. Unless of course the commercialisation is big enough to sustain themselves so no capital raise needed, of course that is probably not realistic but you never know. I don't believe they will be raising at these levels as that is not smart and managementare definitely smarter than that.
